1、 Features and main uses:

Tianrun TR-196 is an unsaturated polyester resin (modified) mainly composed of phthalic anhydride and standard diols, which has been dissolved in styrene. It has medium viscosity and reactivity, an🐭d excellent mechanical properties after curing. Widely applicable to various fiberglass products and forming processes such as hand layup and winding.

2、 Technical specifications of liquid resin (25 ℃):

Note: 25 ℃ gel time test: add 1ml methyl ethyl peroxide solution and 2ml co𓂃balt isooctanoate solution 🌃to 50g resin in 25 ℃ water bath

3、 Physical properties of the casting body (for reference only):

Note: 

(1) The casting method shall be executed according to G༺B/T8237-2005; Temperature 25 ℃, curing system: accel🐟erator RCA 1.0%, curing agent M-50 1.5%.

(2) Post c🐷asting curing treatment🍎: room temperature × 24 hours+60 ℃ × 3 hours+80 ℃ × 2 hours;

4、 Precautions:

1. Before use, please stir evenly in the packaging bucket, or pour out a😼ll the resin in the packaging bucket and stir꧂ evenly before use.

2. During transportation, it should comply with Chapter 5 of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods" regarding the transportation and loading and unloading of chemical dangerous goods. The product should be stored in a cool place below 25 ℃, avoiding ignition and isolating heat sources. The shelf life for storage below 25 ℃ is 3 months.
